Warranty Conditions

Warranty period

All refurbished products, except for service packages, from RentNet come with a 3-month warranty. Batteries and software errors are excluded from this warranty provision.

Defects and returns

    • Repair within the warranty period (3 months). Contact RentNet. You will receive a repair number from RentNet. Shipping costs are shared (you pay the cost of shipping to RentNet, and RentNet covers the return shipping costs).
    • Repair outside the warranty period (3 months). Contact RentNet. You will receive a repair number from RentNet. The repair costs and shipping costs are your own responsibility.
    • The repair number must be included in all communication with RentNet.
    • Returns without a repair number will be refused.

CE Certification

All RentNet products comply with the essential requirements and relevant provisions of the European directives applicable to each product. The CE Declaration of Conformity (DoC) can be requested for each product. CE stands for Conformité Européenne, meaning in compliance with European regulations.
